Course: Smoothie
Yield: 4 cups (roughly)

  • 3 TBS Yogurt plain. I use Greek yogurt but soy or other would work just fine.
  • 1 1/2 bananas frozen provides a creaminess
  • 3 or 4 strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 TBS flax seed meal
  • 1 TBS chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non dairy per your preference
  • 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk or soymilk optional but increases protein.

  • Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until creamy.
