- 3 TBS Yogurt plain. I use Greek yogurt but soy or other would work just fine.
- 1 1/2 bananas frozen provides a creaminess
- 3 or 4 strawberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 TBS flax seed meal
- 1 TBS chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup milk dairy or non dairy per your preference
- 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk or soymilk optional but increases protein.
- Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until creamy.
