2large tomatoes
1 ½–2cupsfresh okra
1small oniondiced
2clovesgarlicminced
¼tspcayenne pepper(or 1 tsp of your favorite hot sauce)
1tspliquid smoke
freshly ground black pepperto taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients into Crock-Pot and stir. Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until tender. Stir and season to taste before serving.
