Peach Smoothie

Refreshing and nutritious peach smoothie to capture one of the great tastes of summer! Yum!

Materials

Standard Ingredients

  • 2 cups peaches pits removed
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana cut up
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup milk

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 tbsp toasted walnuts
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp toasted rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp toasted wheat germ

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients including any of the optional add-ins in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined and creamy. If you prefer you can wait until the smoothie is blended to stir in any add-ins.
