Peach Smoothie

Materials
Standard Ingredients
- 2 cups peaches pits removed
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 frozen banana cut up
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup milk
Optional Add-Ins
- 1 tbsp toasted walnuts
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp toasted rolled oats
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp toasted wheat germ
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients including any of the optional add-ins in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined and creamy. If you prefer you can wait until the smoothie is blended to stir in any add-ins.
