Materials
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 ½–2 cups fresh okra
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (or 1 tsp of your favorite hot sauce)
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into Crock-Pot and stir. Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until tender. Stir and season to taste before serving.

I used a 3.5-quart Crock-Pot.
